Auto Backup Your Tally Data in Your personal Computer and
Cloud Storage
(G Drive)
Why we have to store our Tally data in cloud storage?
1) All your network data is stored outside of
Your Network. If you face any difficulties in your hard disk easily you can
recover your Data within fraction of second.
2) You Can Access Your Data if you are outside
from your Home Town.
3) No need to connect your
computer Data to access account.
4) You can choose your storage option as per
your requirement (Google drive or one drive) or any other places.
Type the Task Name Select
the Data folder>Add>Directory
And select Destination of Auto backup folder
click Ok.

Steps to taken for Auto backup and store
your data in cloud.
1) Create one New Gmail Account
2) Create on Backup folder in your Computer
3) Copy and paste the Data in Backup Folder
4) Download the Google G drive Sync Folder from Google
5) Install the G drive in your computer and Select the Backup
Folder to sync.
Now all the files in this
backup Folder automatically will be
uploaded in your G Drive Storage.
The Cloud Setup has been completed.
Now we have to do Auto backup
of the Tally Data
For Auto Backup to have to
install Cobian software
Go To www.cobiansoft.com/cobianbackup.htm
Download and Install
Open Cobian Backup click
on Task>Click New Task
Now Double Click the Created Task and you can schedule the Task as per Your
Requirement. (Daily, weekly, on startup
or Monthly)
Click on Dynamics Type the Number of Full Copies of Back up you required (Normally 3 to 5 Copies is enough) If you Keep more Copies it will take more time to back up and synchronization.
Click ok.
Now Click Task>Run All Task Now>Yes
All your Data will be backup in the backup Folder and automatically
it will sync in your G Drive.
Further, your data will be backup automatically in your G
Drive as per your schedule without your interference.
